$300 base fee plus hourly rates as follows:

When you hire the expert mixologists at The Wandering Bartenders, you have the added option of allowing us to use our expertise to create a custom menu tailored for your event. We bring custom signage and coordinate with the party to create a menu that fits the decor, style and theme of your event.
We purchase and provide non-alcoholic beverages to be used as mixers or an alternative drink for your guests.
We provide a jockey box with two taps for your kegs. A jockey box is a mobile draft beer system built into a standard, insulated ice cooler.
An additional 30% will be added to the bill total if you would like us to keep the tip jar at home.
Please inquire for our travel fees if your event requires additional travel.
Please note: An event with alcohol service at a commercial location (where The Wandering Bartenders is not providing the alcohol for service) requires purchase of a Banquet Permit through the WA Liquor Control Board. The permit must be printed, signed, and displayed at the bar during your event and is purchased by the Host (cannot be purchased by The Wandering Bartenders).
